FV 5 - Effective Abs

Finally some more content for you. This is one of my pet peeves in the gym as I have to correct so many people when they do Ab Curls on the fit ball. Just the one exercise today, a simple but effective way to feeling your abs as you work straight away.

Pay attention!

You should not attempt to peform this exercise if you are unfamilar with a swissball or have had a injury of any kind.
